Phone and Email Support

All phone and email support is handled by both DAV Studios and Newtek Support. Please make DAV Studios your first point of contact for any support. Phone support can be reached at 918-615-8541 DAV Studios for local service and support Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm Central Standard Time. Newtek can be reached at 1-210-341-8444 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm CST and Saturday through Sunday 10:00am to 2:00PM CST. Phone and email support is provided at no charge.

In Shop and Onsite Service and training

DAV Studios provides free service during the warranty period if the product is brought to our
location. DAV Studios can provide Onsite service and support for a fee. Please call for pricing. DAV Studios also provides a free 5 hour training session for the Tricaster XD product with the purchase of an XD product. Additional training is available for a fee for both onsite and in store training. Service contracts are also available. Time can be purchased in advance for a discounted price which can be negotiated at the time a proposal request is made. The free 5 hour training can be provided on the day of delivery or can be rescheduled up to a month after delivery.

A full list of warranty and services are provided along with a quote of the product you are
requesting. Please request one if you do not receive it.
